Howell” and continues to list chambers work, including a Chief Justice appointment to the Judicial Conference Committee on Criminal Law beginning in December 2023.
Senior status is a statutory status under 28 U.S.C. § 371. It is not a resignation and not a finding about prior orders. Later posts in this file (Wilcox, Perkins Coie) are 2025 captions on the same court after that date.
